Q: What type of warranty do you offer?

A: EarthShade offers a one year limited warranty. It covers any manufacturing defects and excludes customer damages like cracks or broken hinges. Remember, while these are high quality glasses, they are still made of wood and can break if sat on or mistreated in any way. Please make sure to keep them in their case ( Included ) with your purchase. We warranty the Polarized lens will be free of defects and maintain it's integrity for the lifetime of glasses. Exceptions would be if they were mistreated IE: they were sat on.. Although we carefully check each pair before sending out, if you feel there is a defect in any way, please contact us ASAP and we will be glad to work with you for an exchange at no cost to you. 

Q: Can I return or exchange my sunglasses?

A: Yes, with returns/exchanges there is a 30 day period where we will offer a refund or exchange with the customer paying for shipping ( if not a defect issue ). Money will be credited to the original payment method of purchase in case of a return.

Q: Do you ship outside the continental US?

A: NO, orders will only be fulfilled with contental US addresses only.
